Set Up and Play Sega Games with RetroArch

Launch Genesis Plus GX and navigate to the folder where your game files are stored, then select the desired ROM file.

Your game will load, but before diving in, you need to adjust the keypad—or input settings—to match a Sega controller layout. Tap the small RetroArch icon located at the bottom center of the screen.
