Core Keeper: How To Permanently Increase Your Max Health
Apr 05, 2025 am 12:27 AMIn Core Keeper, boosting your maximum health isn't just about armor and accessories; those benefits are temporary. To permanently increase your health, you need special consumables. These powerful items can't be farmed like regular crops and aren't dropped by weaker enemies; you'll have to explore the game's diverse biomes, from scorching deserts to treacherous jungles.
Permanently Increasing Max Health
There are nine unique food items that permanently increase your maximum health. Their effects are permanent, regardless of when you consume them.
- Two are event-exclusive.
- Four are found in specific locations.
- Two are boss drops.
- One is obtained through fishing.
Each consumable only grants the max health boost once. However, any extras can be eaten for their regular food bonus or used in recipes. Some consumables also offer additional buffs (like the Anniversary Cake boosting your Glow stat), making them valuable even after receiving the health increase.
You can check an item's description to see if you've already received its health bonus. The "Max Health and only eaten once" text will be green if unused, and grayed out if consumed.
