Samsung's third Unpacked event of the year is scheduled for July 9, marking its summer showcase (at least for those in the Northern Hemisphere) and potentially unveiling new foldable smartphones.

At this event, we anticipate the official launch of the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7 and Galaxy Z Flip 7, along with a Galaxy Watch 8 and possibly its ‘Classic’ counterpart, and perhaps a Galaxy Watch Ultra 2.

We also expect to see new Galaxy AI features and functionalities on display, as well as possible surprises such as teasers for upcoming products.

What is Samsung Galaxy Unpacked?

Galaxy Unpacked refers to Samsung's major product showcases. These events typically center around the release of new Galaxy S-series smartphones and Galaxy Fold and Flip series foldables.

However, Galaxy Unpacked events are also used to introduce new Galaxy smartwatches and wireless earbuds, as well as laptops and tablets. There are also references to Samsung’s SmartThings smart home platform and its integration with the latest Galaxy devices.
