Dracolite is a local specialty material found all over the Atocpan region of Natlan, introduced in Genshin Impact during version 5.5.
Dracolite is used as an Ascension material for Iansan, but the material might also be required to level up other Genshin Impact characters in the future.
Unfortunately, you can't farm Dracolite indefinitely, as it has a two day respawn time, so we'll cover where to find Dracolite locations below, so you can get as many as possible in one farming route.

Dracolite locations in Genshin Impact
Dracolite is usually found in large groups, so when you come across one location you can actually collect multiple Dracolite pieces, which significantly lowers your farming time.
Dracolite isn't like most ore-like materials in Genshin Impact, as you need to indwell a Tatankasaurus Saurian and use its Skill or Quick Charge ability to break the stone and collect the Dracolite inside. Don't worry too much about this, as there's usually a Tatankasaurus or Tatankasaurus Spiritsconce nearby to help you out!
Here's maps and farming details on all Dracolite locations in Genshin Impact:
Atocpan (South)
There are 17 Dracolite locations to find in the southern part of Atocpan, with 10 grouped close together just east of the Remnants of Tetenanco area, and seven on the path southwest of the Remnants of Tetenanco.
Thankfully, there are Teleport Waypoints near both of these locations, so it doesn't take long to find and farm these 17 Dracolite pieces.
Atocpan (North)
You'll find 34 Dracolite it total while exploring the northern part of Atocpan, with seven located at the Fallingstar Fields landmark, a large group of 13 just northwest of Fallingstar Fields, and 14 spaced out around the northeastern edge of Atocpan (directly east of the Statue of Seven).
Once again, you can use the nearby Teleport Waypoints to make farming these Dracolite a breeze.
Atocpan (Underground)
The final 11 Dracolite are located underground in the middle of Atocpan, accessed through a cave found by the eastern entrance to the Collective of Plenty settlement (by the bridge). You need to indwell a Tatankasaurus Saurian and use its Skill or Quick Charge ability to the destroy the Pulverite blocking the cave's entrance.

You need luck from the Pity and 50/50 systems to Wish with Fate for characters on Banners, and you always need the right Adventure Rank for events. Elsewhere, we have tips and tricks for beginners.
What is Dracolite used for?
Dracolite is a material resembling amber that is local to the Natlan region in Genshin Impact. It's found in the Atocpan area, usually in large groups. You need to indwell a Tatankasaurus Saurian and use its Skill or Quick Charge ability to collect Dracolite.
The only character who currently needs Dracolite to Ascend is Iansan, who requires 168 Dracolite for full Ascension. As there aren't this many Dracolite pieces in Natlan, it takes a minimum of three farming days to reach this number.
Good luck farming for Dracolite in Genshin Impact!
