offers players significantly more exploration opportunities compared to previous installments, and with this expanded space comes numerous hidden secrets and collectibles to discover.

A total of 10 secrets are concealed within the Forsaken Plains level of the game. Some are more discreetly placed than others, but we’ve identified their locations.

Life Sigil #1

Following the conclusion of the initial enemy encounter, move to the left of the last section and utilize the Shield Jump platform over the lava. Traverse the path lined with gold bars to arrive at the top of the rock, where a Life Sigil awaits on the ledge (you can then jump back down to the main area).

Codex (The Forsaken Plains)

This Codex can be found at the indicated position on the map without requiring any puzzles or challenges to access.

Ruby #1

To the right of the Sentinel Shrine near the start of the level, wait for the spike trap to descend into the ground, then leap onto it. Ride the spike trap upward and hop onto the adjacent ledge containing the Ruby in the secret area.

Weapon Skin (Cycler)

After destroying the Hell Cannon at the specified location on the map, return to that spot and take the pathway on the elevated area to the left to obtain the "Nightmare" weapon skin for the Cycler.

Life Sigil #2

Drop into the hidden area behind the Sentinel Shrine at the marked location to locate the Life Sigil.

Secret Key Gold Chest

Within the large tower at the rear of the level, look upward and use the green Shield Leap point. Follow the route, breaking the overheated locks and scaling the climbing wall to reach the Gold Chest.

After breaking the Gold Chest, turn right and leap across the gap to the tower in the middle of the structure. You’ll drop to the first floor, where the secret key is positioned for collection.

Ruby #2

Proceed to the indicated location to find the Ruby, which is obstructed by a red barrier. Enter the room behind it to encounter a Gore Nest, which must be Shield Charged through. This action triggers an encounter with a group of enemies.

Upon eliminating all enemies, the door to the area will open, allowing you to retrieve the Ruby.

Cyberdemon Toy

After securing Ruby #2, peer downward and jump onto the jump pad to access the floating island above the lava. The Cyberdemon Toy will be resting in front of a portal that teleports you back to the main area.

Life Sigil #3

At the location shown on the map, look upward to identify the green Shield Jump point and use it to reach the final Life Sigil in the hidden area above.

Ruby #3

Navigate to the point on the map, then follow the path and unlock the door using the secret key. Eliminate the enemies inside the hidden area, then advance to the opposite side of the room to claim the Ruby beside the door with the overheated lock.

Codex (Prince Ahzrak)

After acquiring the secret key, open the door at the designated location on the map, then proceed through and defeat the enemy within. The Codex will be situated at the end of a line of gold bars.

Wraithstone

After defeating the final boss encounter in the level, the exit path will become accessible. Before exiting the encounter area, gather the Wraithstone that has appeared near the ledge overlooking the Sentinel Shrine.
