How to get the Yiga Tights in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom
To acquire the Yiga Tights in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, travel to the Yiga Clan Maritta Branch entrance located in the Aldor Foothills. This area lies west of Great Hyrule Forest, slightly northwest of Hyrule Castle, and east of Kiuyoyou Shrine.
We've pinned its exact location on the map below. The coordinates for the Yiga Clan Maritta Branch are (-0641, 2031, 0157).
Upon arrival, enter the hideout inside the cave and defeat the two Yiga Clan members stationed there. Weapons with Fire, Ice, and Shock effects will be especially effective here.
After defeating them, go to these coordinates within the cave (-0659, 2104, 0145) and look upward. You'll notice an opening in the ceiling.
Use the Ascend ability to reach the room above, then talk to Aliza to obtain the Yiga Tights.
How to get the Yiga Mask in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom
To find the Yiga Mask in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, head to a Yiga Clan hideout located in the Great Plateau. This site is positioned east of Mount Hylia and south of the Temple of Time ruins.

Upon reaching the location, you'll see that the entire hideout is surrounded by spikes. You can bypass them by climbing a nearby rock and gliding over or using your Paraglider from the side of Mount Hylia.
Once you've cleared the spike barrier, knock on the hideout door and two Yiga Clan members will come out to fight. Defeat them just like you did earlier.
After they're defeated, enter the building and speak to Pitar on the right side to receive the Yiga Mask.
