To access The Forgotten Temple in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, make your way to the location shown on the map below. The entrance is located on the South side of the temple structure, at the base of the valley, between Rowan Plain and South Tabantha Snowfield.

Land at the bottom of the valley on the southern end of the temple structure. You’ll notice a lone packhorse near the entrance. Climb the wall directly ahead and you'll come across a hot air balloon with a character waiting nearby. This area is approximately halfway up the structure.

Once you're there, simply progress through each of the large chambers within the temple. Expect enemies along the way and plenty of climbing. Ascend is a very useful ability here, helping you reach the end of the temple efficiently. Not far in, you’ll have the chance to activate the Mayausiy Shrine, which functions as a Fast Travel point.

Close to the shrine, you'll meet Impa, who will guide you toward the final room. Inside, you’ll discover the locations of all the Dragon Tears. This is a highly recommended quest to pursue early, as it not only delivers compelling story cutscenes but also culminates in a legendary reward.
