Cerydra is a 5-Star Wind character of The Harmony path, and keeping in mind that this is leaked beta information from hakush.in that could change upon her official release, and that all of the percentages mentioned below are based on Level 1 Traces, here's a summary of Cerydra's kit in Honkai Star Rail:

• Element: Wind.
• Path: The Harmony.
• Rarity: 5-Star.
• Basic Attack: Maneuver: Expeditious Relocation - Deals Wind Damage equal to 50% of Cerydra's attack to one designated enemy.



• Skill: Ascend: From Pawn to Queen - Grants 'Military Merit' to one designated ally character and gives Cerydra one point of Charge. Maximum Charge is eight points. When Charge reaches six points, 'Military Merit' upgrades to 'Nobility' and dispels their Crowd Control debuff. Characters with 'Nobility' gain 36% Crit Damage boost for Skill damage, and trigger a Coup de Main when using their Skill on enemies. After Coup de Main ends, consumes six points of Charge to revert 'Nobility' back to 'Military Merit.'
• Talent (passive ability): Glory to the Imperator - Characters with 'Military Merit' gain increased attack equal to 18% of Cerydra's attack. When the character uses basic attack or Skill, Cerydra gains one Charge. Charge cannot be gained while Coup de Main is in effect. 'Military Merit' only takes effect on the most recently affected target. When the target changes, Cerydra's Charge is reset to 0.
• Ultimate: All is Chess, Checkmate in Four - Gains two Charge. Deals Wind damage equal to 144% of Cerydra's attack to all enemies. If there are no characters with 'Military Merit' on the field, prioritizes granting 'Military Merit' to the character in position one in the team lineup.
• Technique: First-Move Advantage - After using Technique, gains 'Military Merit.' When switching active characters, 'Military Merit' transfers to the current active character. At the start of the next battle, the Skill will automatically be used on the character holding 'Military Merit' once without consuming any Skill Points.
• Bonus Trace 1: Conqueror - When using a Skill, increases the speed of this unit and teammates with 'Military Merit' by 20 for three turn(s). When a character with 'Military Merit' uses basic attack or Skill, Cerydra regenerates five Energy.
• Bonus Trace 2: Observer - Increases Cerydra's Crit Rate by 100%. When Cerydra's Charge is less than maximum, when a character with 'Military Merit' uses their Ultimate for the first time, Cerydra gains one point(s) of Charge. This effect can only be triggered once per battle.
• Bonus Trace 3: Seeker - When Cerydra's attack is greater than 2000, for every 100 attack exceeded, increases this unit's Crit Damage by 18%, up to a maximum of 360%.

By getting duplicates of Cerydra from pulling on her Banner, you will receive her Eidolon. This material allows you to unlock Eidolon levels, with each upgrade either improving an existing attack or passive ability.

With beta information sourced from hakush.in, here are all of Cerydra's Eidolons in Honkai: Star Rail:

• Crown of Absolute Claim (E1): Characters with 'Military Merit' ignore 15% of target's defense when dealing damage. While in 'Nobility' state, additionally ignores 18% of target's defense when dealing Skill damage.
• Aspiration of the Collective (E2): Characters with 'Military Merit' deal 40% more damage. When there are teammates with 'Military Merit' on the field, increases Cerydra's damage by 160%.
• Burning of the Ancient Laws (E3): Increases the level of Cerydra's Skill by two with a maximum upgrade level of 15, and increases the level of her basic attack by one, with a maximum upgrade level of 10.
• The Realms Reforged (E4): Increases Ultimate damage multiplier by 240%.
• A Reckoning of Deeds (E5): Increases the level of Cerydra's Ultimate and Talent by two with a maximum upgrade Level of 15.
• Fate in the Sea of Stars (E6): Characters with 'Military Merit' gain 20% All-Type Resistance Penetration, Cerydra deals an additional instance of Wind Additional damage equal to 360% of her attack after they use an attack. This effect can be triggered up to 20 time(s). The trigger count resets whenever Cerydra uses her Ultimate. When an ally with 'Military Merit' is present, Cerydra gains 20% All-Type Resistance Penetration.
